Gabi does not get to see a lot of football. Yes, she sits in her comfy chair in front of the TV. She cheers for her team. But, there are interruptions. “Don’t step on Baby Aaron!”, “Don’t take Camilla’s toy!”, breastfeeding, burping.
You might not notice it, but the back of Camilla’s head is visible. She(!) is watching the game.
It’s easier for me. “Go, play in the living room!” Not that they listen to me for long…
I got a phone call this morning, telling me that Nic and Mom were trying Skype out for the first time on Mom’s new laptop. It worked!
I got this screenshot when Mom called back to make sure she knew how to make the connection. Uncle Nic is in the background.
We had a 15 minute call, Mom saw all three of the grandkids (Dan-dan did his dinosaur roar, and Camilla quietly said, “Hi, Grandma Gene.”). I got to talk to Dad for a few minutes and wish him luck with his Jacksonville football team today (they are favored over Pittsburgh).
