Foreclosures in Perris and Hemet

We went up to see these two cities, both about 30 minutes from Temecula, that have been much harder hit by the economy than our area. The last photo is a selection of suggested prices on bank owned properties in the area. When looking at them, remember that you could not buy anything in the area for less than $400,000 four years ago.
